荷包蛋 Poached Egg
荷包蛋可谓是鸡蛋的一种经典吃法,主要将鸡蛋直接打在锅上煎制而成,其特色为蛋黄保持圆形不散开,因其外形与荷包相似,故得其名。荷包蛋又分单面煎和双面煎两种,单面煎出的荷包蛋较为嫩滑,而双面煎出来的荷包蛋则为香脆为主
荷包蛋食谱~
做法:
1. 锅内放入少许油,抹匀锅,打入鸡蛋,中小火,煎1分钟
2. 加入1汤匙的热水,荷包蛋将会更完整,更漂亮,盖起锅盖,等1分钟,淋上生抽,小心拿起,即可 :D
